OUR PURCHASING POLICIES
1. PAYMENT METHOD
Payments are in US $ and can be made through PayPal, or by personal or cashier's check (U.S.only)
Checks (U.S. only) must clear before shipment. PayPal payments are accepted from US and
International clients. This method is very reliable and offers you the choice between a credit card
payment or your bank account debit for payment. Please confirm your type of payment before you
make a purchase via PayPal. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy. Sign up at www.paypal.com
2. SALES TAX
California residents must pay all applicable CA sales tax on all goods. Sales tax is not
payable on any out of CA State shipments where the billing address is also not in CA.
3. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
(except where noted in CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER.)
Although we Guarantee all prints as described and shown on the website, colors or densities may
vary slightly on different monitors. Therefore all online limited edition purchases are backed by a
one week inspection return policy. If you wish to return artwork you will receive a exchange or
credit only, once the print has been shipped. All returns must be communicated via telephone or
email with an email confirmation for authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All
artwork must be returned in the same "as new" condition that the collector originally received the
work(s) and as Gallery originally shipped the work(s) to the collector. Returns must be sent via an
insured method for the full value of work(s). (Make sure your shipper insures artwork.) We will be
happy to provide return shipping information, The shipping and insurance cost of returning works(s)
rests with the customer. Please note that shipping and insurance costs on exchanges or credits are
not refundable once an item has been shipped, except for replacement prints as noted in
DAMAGED ART WORK.
4. DAMAGED ART WORK.
If your package appears to be damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork
is damaged, please contact us immediately. DO NOT DISCARD SHIPPING MATERIALS.
We will give you all the details on how to return such damaged items.
Replacement artwork will be shipped to the collector at no charge.
5. SHIPPING COSTS.
Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the item as well as your location..
All artwork will be packaged professionally and shipped at the expense of the collector.
All artwork is shipped insured, and will be replaced if damaged in shipping at no charge.

6. CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER.
Limited editon prints are printed at the time you place an order. You have a three day grace
period to cancel or change an order. This request must be made within three days from the
time you receive your email confirmation of payment received. If this request is made within
three days you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be made based on your original form of
payment.
Frequently asked questions regarding Fine Art prints.
1. How are the limited edition photographs printed?
This varies depending on the editon you are selecting. We choose a printing method
that is optimal for presenting each image. We will be happy to provide specific information
upon request. All fine art prints are museum quality.
2. How long after I place my order will I receive my fine art photograph?
As soon as your payment is processed we began pre-production on your order.
Limited edtion prints may take up to three weeks to print. This is to ensure the
highest museum exhibition quality.
